Greenfaulds Divers were formed in 1994 when some local divers from the Cumbernauld area got together at Greenfaulds High School and formed a diving club which became a member of the Scottish Sub Aqua Club (ScotSAC or SSAC), the national governing body for recreational diving in Scotland.

We are a small but enthusiastic and friendly group of divers whose skills range from Trainees to Master Divers.

After 19 years in Greenfaulds High School we sadly had to leave our original home in June 2013 due to North Lanarkshire Councils decision to close school pools as part of a cost saving exercise.

Our sessions are now held on a Wednesday evening with Classroom Training between 8-9pm and Pool Training from 9 – 10pm, both held in The Tryst Sports Centre, Cumbernauld.

Only just seen this query. -Sorry
We are a club rather than a training agency. We can teach people to dive if they join our club, although this is aimed at diving in Scottish waters.
Once trained to dive in Scotland you can dive pretty much anywhere
If she needs a qualification before holiday her only option would be to go through a PADI training school
If she wishes to try diving in Scotland she would be welcome to come along and meet the club and have a try dive
